TELEPHONE PRAYER MINISTER

Partner Ministries
Part-time volunteer position – 2-4 hours per week – Thursdays 11:30am – 2:00pm, Sundays 8:45am – 11:00am
 

Description
· Minister to Partners and Friends by direct telephone contact
· Provide individual ministry to Partners and Friends through the prayer line
· Provide Partners and Friends with appropriate product to help in their spiritual growth
· Record contacts and notes on a partner profile sheet
· Follow up with Partners and Friends who have written or called for prayer
· Pray over correspondence from Partners and Friends
· Minister to any staff member who requests help in facing difficult situations
· Perform other related duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Requirements
· Able to identify the needs of Partners and Friends, and determine best how to pray
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Advanced understanding and knowledge of the written Word of God, with demonstrated abilities in instructing, teaching and edifying
· High knowledge of Gary and Drenda Keesee teaching materials and beliefs
· Spiritually and emotionally mature, portraying a Godly character that exemplifies the lifestyle and behavior of a Minister of the Gospel, as outlined in the Word of God and ministry handbook
· Able to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information
· Good telephone etiquette with strong interpersonal skills in ministering and one-on-one contact
· Must have good command of the English language
· Practical application of faith in the Word of God in daily living
· Attend and be a member or active at Faith Life Church
· Confidentiality, loyalty and trustworthiness are required
· Must be a tither to Faith Life Church or a church of like belief
· Must lead themselves and their family according to the word of God and have a good marriage. If single they must live a life of Godly character and integrity.
· Must believe in and comply with the tenants of faith as noted by Faith Life Church.

· Must be spirit filled with the evidence of speaking in other tongues
